Hello, I've trouble with the installation of Phoenix OS. When I've launched the Advanced Utilities on NRT and launched the flash-all.bat the console was stoped and print the next line: "< waiting for any device >". But, i've launched "adb devices" command too and ADB was printed my device serial number.

You know how to fix this issue? My device is a Nexus7 2012.

PD: Sorry for my bad English
